Abstract
MIMO-OFDM-CDMA system has been identified as a key technology to support high data rates in current and future wireless systems. MMSE receiver plays an important role in the performance evaluation of MIMO-OFDM-CDMA system. In this paper, we propose a detailed Signal-to-Interference Noise Ratio (SINR) analysis for space-time-frequency spread MIMO-OFDM-CDMA system using MMSE receiver. The accurate expressions for SINR have been derived for MMSE receiver. Further, the performance of such 4×4 MIMO system has also been evaluated and compared with zero forcing (ZF) receiver through simulation. The simulation results of the MIMO-OFDM-CDMA system are in line with the results obtained through mathematical analysis and MMSE receiver performs better than ZF receiver.
