Abstract
Photovoltaic system has become one of the most promising renewable sources of energy due to its ability to produce electric power by directly converting solar radiation into electric power. However the output power delivered by Photovoltaic system is very less and is varying with respect to solar radiation. Thus we have proposed a system of Photovoltaic array interfaced with closed loop dc-dc boost converter which considerably steps up the output voltage. ANFIS has been applied to control the uncontrolled output voltage of PV array and remove its disturbances. This disturbance free controlled voltage is fed as input to the closed loop dc-dc boost converter.
